How can you feel hopeful?
If you are feeling helpless and powerless to push back against this administration, it is important to do something, even something small. Taking action will give you hope.
I have made a small donation to GLBTQ Legal Advocates and Defenders. They are representing four low-income New Hampshire families who are suing the Trump administration which is cancelling Medicaid for transgender children to prevent them from receiving the medical care they need. There is such misguided meanness in this decision and in so many other decisions made by our President.
I admire these families. What they are doing takes so much bravery. It is a huge effort on their part. May of us are acting, doing both big and small things to push back. Let us not lose lope.
