Paying for the middle school
In spite of the Herculean effort by Tony Schinella in the Patch of Nov. 1 and 2, I am totally confused over how we (all of us taxpayers and citizens of Concord) are going to pay off the costs for existing bonds and those for the new middle school. Once the elections are over, I am asking the Concord School Board to hold at least a couple of information sessions to clearly and in plain language for the average person, explaining how we will be paying these costs over the next 5, 10 or 20 years. The Superintendent’s comment about needing to be more transparent might be the understatement of the year.
