The McGuire siblings shoveled the snow off of the driveway of their East Concord home on Thursday morning.

Concord School District was one of many that canceled the next day’s school on Wednesday night in advance of a snowstorm that ended a period of milder weather.

After school was canceled, the three McGuires decided to clear the driveway the old-fashioned way even though they have a snowblower.

State Police reported that trooper responded to 60 motor vehicle crashes, spin-outs, and vehicles off the road between 4 a.m. and 9 a.m. Thursday across the state.
