Five arrested in Concord drug raid

Concord police carried out a drug raid on Manchester Street early Friday morning that yielded five arrests.

Additionally, police recovered a car on site that had been reported stolen from Vermont.

Law enforcement executed a search warrant and arrest warrants at an apartment on 190 Manchester St., on the Heights as a result of a lengthy drug investigation, Concord police Lt. Sean Ford said. Police had previously received several reports from residents in the area about suspected drug activity, he said.

The following people were taken into custody:

■Jonathan Devereaux, 29, of Pembroke faces two felony counts of possession of a controlled drug. He was also arrested on a Merrimack County Superior Court warrant.

■Shayna Kinney, 36, of Concord is charged with two counts of sale of controlled drugs.

■Eric Mandigo, 38, of Concord faces a felony charge of criminal liability for the conduct of another for drug sales.

■Brittany Fisher, 24, of Pembroke faces felony counts of receiving stolen property, theft by deception and forgery.

■Duane Hardy, 41, of Concord was arrested on a Merrimack County Superior Court warrant.

Each of the defendants refused bail and, as a result, were scheduled to be arraigned Friday afternoon in Concord.

Concord police were assisted by the Central New Hampshire Special Operations Unit, Merrimack County Sheriff’s Department and Allenstown Police Department.

“The Concord Police would like to thank members of the public for providing the many pieces of information that assisted in the success of this operation,” Ford said. “Please continue to provide us with information in the future so that we can work together to keep the community safe.”
