A Concord man is accused of repeatedly sexual assaulting a child last year in the city.

Nickolas Micucci, 30, is charged with three counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault and one count of felonious sexual assault, for alleged abuse between September and December. Concord police arrested Micucci on a warrant on the evening of Dec. 30 following an investigation into allegations that he had molested a girl known to him.

Micucci was arraigned Tuesday in Merrimack County Superior Court in Concord, where a judge ordered him held at the county jail in Boscawen for lack of $60,000 cash-only bail.

The girl, who is under the age of 10, was interviewed at the Merrimack County Advocacy Center in Concord as part of the police investigation, according to an affidavit. She said during that interview she had the “deepest darkest secret” that she could not discuss or she would be in “big trouble,” the affidavit reads.

Micucci is prohibited from having contact with the girl and from having any unsupervised contact with any child under the age of 16.

Concord police are asking anyone with information about the case to contact Lt. Sean Ford at 225-8600 or the Concord Regional Crime Line at 226-3100.
