Granite State Brotherhood Motorcycle Club supports food drive

The Granite State Brotherhood Motorcycle Club Holiday Food Drive held on Nov. 10 to support the Epsom Food Pantry was a great success. Nearly 800 pounds of food as well as $570 in cash was raised. As promised, everything collected was delivered directly to the food pantry by end of day. Those volunteering at the food pantry explained that this was a “huge” contribution.

The Holiday Food Drive took place at the Cook In at the Circle Restaurant, on the Epsom circle. The greater Epsom community came out and supported this event in large numbers on what turned out to be a very cold and windy day. As the food was delivered, the volunteers at the Epsom Food Pantry worked hard to begin sorting and shelving the many food items donated, clearly preparing for the anticipated upcoming Thanksgiving holiday rush.

The Granite State Brotherhood MC has worked hard to do all they can to support their neighbors in the greater Epsom community. Others are encouraged to do the same as this is the time of year when food pantries work hard to provide for as many needy families as possible.
