CONCORD Police seek vehicle that fled

Police are asking for the public’s help in the investigation of a reckless motor vehicle operation complaint.

On Friday, May 19, at 7:50 p.m. a black colored Ford Taurus fled from Concord Police at a high rate of speed. Police say the vehicle was traveling northbound on Storrs Street underneath the Legislative Parking Garage. During the incident, police say the vehicle nearly struck a white Subaru that was traveling southbound on Storrs Street. The Concord Police Department is attempting to identify the operator of the white Subaru (pictured with headlights on) or any other witnesses to this incident.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Det. Shaughnessy at the Concord Police Department at (603) 225-8600.
