The Concord Police Department is asking for the public’s help in identifying a man accused of stealing hundreds of dollars worth of baby formula from Shaw’s supermarket.

Two separate thefts were reported over the course of six days at the Shaw’s at 20 D’Amante Drive, Concord police Lt. Sean Ford said.

Police have reviewed video surveillance footage from the supermarket in an effort to identify the man, who they say stole a total of approximately $900 worth of formula. One image shows the man placing the formula in reusable market bags. Police say the suspect then left the store in an unknown direction.

Anyone with information is asked to call Lt. Ford at 230-3728 or the Concord Regional Crimeline at 226-3100.
