Jocelyn Duford, a company member with Alchemists’ Workshop in Henniker, completed a training with TimSlips, a worldwide organization working with memory loss patients. Duford started her training earlier this year as part of a Health in the Arts grant from the New Hampshire State Council on the Arts. Alchemists’ Workshop is doing TimeSlips work with several senior facilities in New Hampshire including Heritage Heights in Concord, Hillsboro House, Huntington in Nashua, St. Teresa’s in Manchester and Woodcrest in New London.

Hali Dearborn has joined the board of directors at Spaulding Youth Center. Dearborn first joined the board in 2006 and has concluded a brief departure which began in late 2017.

Katelyn Nash, a real estate agent at Central Gold Key Realty, was selected as the 2018 Young Careerist by the New England Business and Professional Women’s Past State Presidents Association at the fall meeting in St. Albans, Vt., on Sept. 29. Nash was named the Franklin Business and Professional Women’s Club’s 2018 Young Careerist in February and went on to compete for the New England title.

Philip Emma has been appointed chief operating officer of New Hampshire Mutual Bancorp. As chief operating officer, Emma will oversee digital banking, deposit and loan services, IT, risk, compliance and facilities for Merrimack County Savings Bank, Meredith Village Savings Bank, Savings Bank of Walpole and MillRiver Wealth Management. He has had an extensive career in financial and operational roles for public and private companies and financial institutions, spanning 42 years. He became executive vice president of NHMB upon its formation in 2013, continuing in the position through his promotion to chief operating officer.

Dr. Jacob Kaufman joined Concord Hospital Medical Group’s neurology associates. He specializes in general neurology with a special interest in  neuromuscular disease, headache and electromyography. A graduate of the Columbia University, College of Physicians and Surgeons in New York, N.Y., Kaufman completed his internship and residency in neurology and a fellowship in neuromuscular medicine and electromyography at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia.

Emily French and Matt Hopkinson have joined EXIT Reality Great Beginnings in Concord as real estate sales professionals.
