Lady Luck Burlesque will bring their “Bad Reputation” show to the Hatbox Theatre on Friday and Saturday at 7:30 p.m. Doors open at 6:30 p.m.

This is an age 18 and older show.

“See the ladies shed their good girl image and their clothes with high-energy dance numbers, sexy striptease, and amazing costumes all set to rock ‘n’ roll favorites,” Hatbox Theatre writes of the show.

Lady Luck Burlesque is a 10 woman troupe based out of Portsmouth, where they have performed at the Seacoast Repertory and Portsmouth Music Hall. But they’ve also headed inland to perform at the Vermont Burlesque Festival four times.

The group – made up of women of different shapes, sizes and backgrounds – promotes positive body image and hopes to inspire others to embrace themselves confidently.

Tickets are $18 adults; $15 for members, seniors and students; and $12 for senior members. To purchase or for more information, visit hatboxnh.com.
