Letter: Mayor Bouley’s legacy

Having grown up in Concord, I still read the Monitor daily and follow Concord happenings. Mayor Bouley has a long history of accomplishments. To keep an unblemished legacy it would be best to defer the Beaver Meadow Clubhouse vote for new leadership.
