Your column, The Outside Story, brings me such joy! Amidst the discouraging articles on our world and rancorous letters to the editor, it stands out as an oasis of curiosity and wonder. The beautiful illustrations are frequently given much of the page. When I get to the last page of the paper and see it, I know I will head into my workday feeling a little lighter. Just recently, I learned squirrel nests are called dreys, so I no longer need to refer to them as squirrel condos! Thank you!
