Hotel makeover underway in downtown Concord
The makeover of the former Holiday Inn continues to bring a new facade to downtown Concord. Developer Steve bought the hotel last year for $16.8 million and will open a Hilton Double Tree at the location. Worker are painting the exterior in a blue, gray and white pattern. The renovation is expected to be complete by the end of summer.
