The Rotary Club of Concord held its speech contest March 24 at historic Phenix Hall. The three winners joined the club on March 29 at the Kimball Jenkins Estate to regale us again with their winning speeches and to receive their rewards.

The 4-Way Speech Test Contest is based on the Rotary 4-Way Test that all Rotarians are to abide by: Of all the things we think, say, or do is it the truth? Is it fair to all concerned? Will it build goodwill and better friendships? Will it be beneficial to all concerned?

Winners were first place Jacob Storman of Trinity Christian School, second place Morgan Wheeler of Bishop Brady High School, and Zachary Babin of Trinity Christian School.
