■Twin Rivers Food Pantry welcomes donations of non-perishable food items. Also appreciates plastic shopping bags. The Pantry is open Tuesday and Thursday from 9 to 11 a.m. and Wednesdays from 5 to 7 p.m. If you are looking for a volunteer opportunity, call 934-2662 or email info.twinrivers@gmail.com. Monetary donations are always welcome and can be mailed to 2 Central St., Franklin NH 03235.

■The 19th Annual Community Day is scheduled for May 13 at Odell Park. If you would like a space as a vendor or organization, call 934-2118. To assure you are noted on the map and publicity of the event, complete your application by April 17. Visit franklinnh.org/parks-recreation/pages/community-day to access the registration form.

■Red Cross Blood Drive on March 31 from noon to 5 p.m. Thanks to the Rotary Club and the Elks Club for their joint sponsorship. The event will be held at 125 S. Main Street, Franklin.

■A free blood pressure and glucose screening will be held on March 28 at the Central Street Mission, 333 Central St., from 6 to 8 p.m. Peter Deane, M.D. will be the attending physician.
