Q: Tell us a little bit about yourself and what you do. I am the owner of FlexABLE Assisted stretching and wellness. Our mission is to build stronger bodies, stronger minds and a stronger community, one person at a time. Our goal is to help people to feel better so they can do the things they love, through assisted stretching, movement, and expert guidance. Our vision is to lead a wellness movement throughout southern NH and beyond. An environment where everybody feels empowered, confident, and is living up to their full potential through movement, expert support, and real human connection.
Q: What’s your favorite memory in Concord? Our ribbon cutting was amazing, Everyone was so welcoming and so excited to have a wellness business join the community.
Q: What’s your favorite part of your work day? I love seeing people achieve their wellness goals and get excited about creating new ones, goals they thought were unachievable just a few months ago. I love seeing when clients go from needing extrinsic motivation to becoming intrinsically motivated. Finding new wellness avenues to bring them to the next level is so important. Sometimes the missing piece to becoming the best versions of ourselves is the self-care component, and that’s where we come in.
Q: What do you like to do for fun? My wife and I love to travel, and we are very active. Anything to do with a new place and movement gives me energy!
Q: Last book you’ve read? Last book I re-read is “Miracle Morning,” which I highly recommend to my clients. A morning routine is so important for self-care and to start your day with a sense of accomplishment. A proper morning routine has been life-changing for me. It has allowed me to show up as the best version of me in all areas of my life.
Q: What organizations are you involved with? We do a lot of events with Make a Wish and anything recovery-related. My wife and I are both in recovery and love to give back in that area. I recently went Over The Edge for Dismas Home, a women’s recovery house that does excellent work. They are currently working on opening an additional facility that would give them the ability to help dozens more!
Q: What’s your favorite place to go in Concord? I love to be downtown, it’s such a vibe. It’s comfortable, welcoming, and all inclusive. There is something to do for everyone with great shops, restaurants and places to sit and chill. Downtown Concord is a great place to bring your kids or a great spot for date night — my wife and I love it!

Whether you are someone who struggles with food, drugs and alcohol, work/life balance or any other life challenges we hope to be able to inspire and guide people to start with small changes in the right direction. Changes could be anything from getting more sleep, changing their diet, getting more movement, getting into nature, taking time for YOU. These few things are just scratching the surface in ways to optimize your self-care and become the best version of yourself.
