Concord voters will head to the polls on Tuesday, Nov. 5 to vote on the mayor’s race, an at-large City Council Seat, City Council ward seats and seats on the Concord School District. The Monitor is running questionnaires sent to candidates in contested races and those in uncontested races who are filling a vacated seat. Incumbents in uncontested races were not included. Questions from ward and school district candidates will be published Friday, and linked to from this page.
